Cottonwood Property Management is the Verde Valley practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage. The family built a property management business in Los Angeles before relocating to Arizona in 2020, and the Verde Valley connection is personal — our roots are in Cornville and Sedona.
That background matters here. Estate work is not the same trade as residential property management, and the difference shows in vendor supervision, in how an empty house is watched, and in how quietly a tenancy is placed. It is a small-portfolio business by design — we take on what we can personally oversee.
We manage across thirty-plus Arizona markets. Paradise Valley is where the work is most demanding, and where being broker-led matters most.
We are members of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, which covers Paradise Valley and the greater Phoenix side of the business, and of the Greater Verde Valley Chamber, where our family has roots and where we manage a second concentration of property.
