Paradise Valley Property Management is the Northeast Valley practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC, run from our own office on Camelback Road a few minutes away. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage: the family built a property management business in Los Angeles before relocating to Arizona in 2020, and our Arizona roots run from Scottsdale to the Verde Valley.
That background matters here. Estate work is not the same trade as residential property management, and the difference shows in vendor supervision, in how an empty house is watched, and in how quietly a tenancy is placed. It is a small-portfolio business by design — we take on what we can personally oversee.
We manage across thirty-seven Arizona markets. Paradise Valley is where the work is most demanding, and where hands-on, personal oversight matters most.
We are members of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, which covers Paradise Valley and the greater Phoenix side of the business, and of the Greater Verde Valley Chamber, where our family has roots and where we manage a second concentration of property.
